On march 30th OneClickBusiness was partly unavailable between 1pm CET and 2pm CET.
This mostly affected users who where actively using OCB at that time and lasted from 0 to 60 minutes (unique for every user). New users opening OCB or a OCB hosted business for the first time where only affected during the first 5 minutes.
We understand the utmost importance of providing an uninterrupted service: our engineers have investigated potential causes with top priority. The incident was caused by multiple factors coming together at the same time, and steps have been taking to prevent this from happening again.
