Dear subscribers,
Due to a problem with our tooling, we unintentionally sent out multiple, partly misleading eMail for the scheduled maintenance of Coachannel. i apologize for that.
To clarify the situation, I would like to get into a bit more details about what products and features could be affected by our maintenance on Monday, 28th of February, 15:30 - 16:30 CET.
On Monday, 28th of February, Coachannel (NOT Digistore) will undergo scheduled maintenance. Neither Digistore nor Coachannel will be offline during that time. All pages, courses, files, videos and so on will be accessible without any interruption.
The only functions that could be slower or delayed during that time are: - When you publish a new course, members could have access after a delay - When you create new files, download of these new files could be delayed
All functionality will be restored latest after 1 hour of maintenance, so at 16:30 CET.
I'm sorry for the confusion and we will work on our internal processes to provide you with on-point information in the future.

We are going to update core elements of our infrastructure to ensure and improve stability and uptime of all our applications.
Async processing of jobs CAN be delayed:
- When you publish a new Course, members will have access after the Jobs are processed. - When you create new File-Bundles, the packaging will be delayed
